What Is An Ion Foot Cleanse?

The toxins are then drawn from the body through the process of osmosis back into the foot bath through the membrane of the feet or skin. A series of 10 sessions (2-3 sessions per week) is recommended for best results in detoxification process. Periodic single sessions following the series are beneficial to keep toxins moving out of the body.
