Chakra Therapy combines traditional talk therapy with body oriented and energy clearing techniques. This combination brings you to a deep connection and understanding between your childhood experiences, habitual patterns and your seven main chakras. Your seven chakras work as a system that house limiting patterns, and inner wisdom for personal transformation. The goal of chakra therapy is to unleash to promote personal wholeness and wellbeing. Chakra therapy is a road map for connecting mind, body and soul intelligence.
What Does Chakra Therapy Involve?
You will engage in verbal and body dialogue either while sitting in a chair, standing or at times lying down to work with your energetic blocks and patterning within your body. Some people find a combination of Chakra Therapy and Psychotherapeutic Reiki to be helpful. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes in length.

I encourage you to commit to five sessions. The first three sessions are for assessment and planning, the formation of a therapeutic relationship, and the identification of energetic patterns. Sessions 4 and 5 allow us to go deeper into the healing process. By the end of session 5 we will make a determination together as to the frequency of sessions.
Appointments cancelled or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice require immediate payment in full for the scheduled service. This applies to all missed appointments.
