Psychotherapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with New York State with a wide range of clinical, administrative and teaching experience gained during my 10 plus years of working in the Child Welfare and Mental Health field in Rochester NY. I am currently (2006-2008) in the certification process to become a Chakra Therapist through Sacred Centers with Anodea Judith, PhD. and other Scared Centers teachers.

My concentration for my Masters degree in Social Work at Syracuse University - Syracuse NY was in Family Mental Health with a certificate in Women's Studies. I graduated in 1996. A year prior, I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Nazareth College - Rochester NY.

As with all of the services that I offer through Intrinsic Wisdom, I work from a strength-based perspective and individualize sessions to meet the unique needs of the client. I offer a safe and therapeutic environment while working with individuals, couples or families. My background in family and solution focused therapies, along with the use of guided imagery, assist clients in moving forward and through life's challenges. Challenges that can also be referred to as "life lessons" leading us to personal growth and healing.

Individual Therapy - 60 minutes = $65.00

Couples Therapy - 60 minutes = $75.00

Family Therapy - 60 minutes = $75, 90 minutes = $100.00
